I have downloaded the Tally ERP 9 version frm Google..can i use this educational version to prepare proper books of accounts of a private limited company(no inventories)..??

tally educational version only assists you to learn tally. you'll fail to maintain proper books of accounts using the educational version.
Hey you cant pass proper entry in educationl tally. U can view the entry which have all ready been passe.
