use of 2 pens

hello everyone

yaar actually i have one problem agar kissi ne pcc xam mein do 2 pen se likh diyaaa hai audit ke paper mein i.e. black pen se heading or blue pen se uske content toh kyaa uske no. katangee

kissi ne mujhe bolaa hai ki no. nai milte pls do reply yaaar
