You want to know filling of ITR in India or in US?? As you also have to file his ITR in India as well.

I know about the ITR... I have already mentioned the incomeis taxed in India...
But since the assesse is a US Citizen... He also needs to file a US Return.... I need inputs on it...

For this you need to refer US Income Tax Act and DTAA. Sorry i dont have any idea abt US Income Tax. Please expalin in detail if anbody knows it.
