to ipcc nov 2012 exam me vat ke ooper koi bhi question nahi aayega kya?

You could be asked theory as well as practical questions. Better to be prepared for both
 
don't go for selective studies and do not belive on the rumours...

Regarding VAT institute ne koi announcement nahi ki hai  so, VAT me kuch bhi pucha jaa sakta hai

and like everyone said Avoid rumors
