Urgent:wrong submission of ca final form

I filled CA final online form for Nov 2017 exams,but instead of attatching the format file(declaration form) given for article completion,i uploaded/attatched the article completion certificate.i would appreciate it if somebody could advice regarding this,any procedure to be followed or any corrections to be made.
