Hi guys
Querry - - there is sale of stake of X company (X comapnny which is subsidiary of a foreign company) to Y company.
(i) plz tell me, is there any applicability of TDS provisions if yes, than under which section of IT Act.
(ii) is dividend provisions applicable here ?
(iii) what are the other provisions or sections which can be apply on this transaction?
