I have doubt in SFM : Chapter-8 "Financial Services"
In the absence of specific information in the Question
the "Factoring commision" must be taken as a Percentage of
a) "Total Cr. Sales"
or
b) "Average Receivables"

Total credit sales to be considered for calculation of factoring commission
total credit sales only. why factor wil charge on receivables? think in practical logical way, factor will charge his commission on the entire sales for which he is bearing the risk.
