I will be complete my alticle training on 19 jan 2011 but i had taken some leaves from article ship.
So, i want to ask that which leave has been calculated as article training and which days can't be calculated as article ship training.
Immediately reply for it.
Leave is allowed @ 1/6th or 180 days whichever is less of the actual period served.
For Ex.: Total days of article ship = 1277 days
Leave taken = 250 days
Actual Period Served = (1277-250) = 1027 days
Leave Allowed = 1027/6 = 172 days
Excess leave taken = (250-172) = 78 days
I hope u will understand the formula of calculating leaves.
