1. Limit of Rs. 10 lac is available to all the taxable services....
2. Yes, CS and CWA services are taxbale services.
3. No. there is no limit of Rs. 4 lac in any taxable service..

Zoo Zoo please confirm because i know GTA service is out of scope of Rs1000000 , so i want to know that a part from GTA how many service is not take benefit of Limit Rs 1000000.

Mr. Vikas,
1) the exemption limit of 10 L is not applicable when ST is payable by Service receiver and GTA is one of the Service out of of them so 10 L exemption is not applicable on GTA.
2) Practising CA does not include CS n CWA but they are taxable services under "Company Secretary Services" & "Cost Accountant Services" Respectively.
3) there is no limit of 4 lac in any taxable service now.
