hi friends,
please help me on the following ques regarding articleship
if a principal does not pay any stipend whatsoever to his article, then how can it be possible to recover the expenses done by the him, from his own pocket, from his principal, which are incurred on the out of station audits done by the article?
is any remedy available for article in this case other than transfer of articleship.
can any action be taken by the ICAI against such principal ?
