Urgent Query

Pvt ltd 501 views 2 replies

Hello Everyone,

I want to form a company, n i want to invest in real estate, say in Land dealing,so i am thinking to accept deposit from customers and from this invest in Lands and then to sell after getting appreciation. So, my query is about which type of company should i create whether NBFC,any investment co. or to create any society, here what i am thinking that taking money as a shareholder is not correct because after selling the land, the investor may take the money, that means always there will be change in the investor list.

I am interested to take money from (say) 5 (five) groups and then after some time repay it, then again take from some other group and so on.

If creating a simple Pvt. Ltd. Co.,then how to deal with the investment of the investors, whether to show as a Unsecured Loan or as a public deposit, please find some answer for the same.

Hi vivek, do remember one thing. Under the regime of SEBI / RBI it is not so easy to take in investments or deposits from public. If it is from your relatives or from your group companies, it does not matter. NBFC is of various types. Loan giving, lease, Hire-purchase (these are all non-deposit taking) and deposit taking ones etc. i.e. investment and finance like peerless, Sahara etc, In either case, RBI's nod is required.

You can go in for pvt ltd. with Rs, 1 lac capital, being atlest two members (subsribers to MOA) with the same objectives suitable for your plan.
