Urgent: producer companies chapter missing

On ICAI website, when I downloaded the chapter named producer companies of the practice manual in corporate and allied laws.. the chapter Companies incorporated outside India opened up . The heading on the website is producer cos. and practice questions of this other chapter are provided there. And also, no producer company chapter in present there in law practice manual on website. Please check it and tell me why this chapter is not there. Thanks
