hey, i will be appearing for the june 2011 exams for both the modules and have not really started much as i was busy with my exams and moots in law college. i know that there is propably less than 40 days for the exam. would it be possible to study all 6 subjects and clear the exam? if so with what methodology should i be approaching the exams. and also what books would you recommend to study. is the institue material enough or should i just go thru scanners. if i go thru the textbook, it is all quite volumnous and will propably not have time to complete the same and understand the concepts. also can you tell me which topics i must focus for each subject and how much of time to allocate for each of them. any suggestions and guidance will be very helpful thank you.

hi varun since u dont have much time i would suggest u to purchase lawpoint publications solved papers for all 6 papers and study from that material only ,dont buy solved scanner as the quality is not good when compared to lawpoint ,this would be more than enough.attempt all 100 marks questions in ur paper and dont leave anything u will easily pass.
40 marks indirect tax,labour law,imc......the syllabus is not much u can easily score full marks
You have near 2 months, exams will be june first week..Material, scanner and guidelines will be good to preapare for exams,,Material is must then u can revise gudilines and scanner....
