one of pvt ltd company incorprated in feb 2012,nature of bussiness is providing education, Till march 2013 it have only a 2lac receipts. and pvt ltd co. till date not to do any thing like AGM, appointing of Auditor, income tax return and any other requriment under companies act. and also operated the function of co. through the bank a/c of one of the director..
plz guide me what i do..
and if any penalties then what quntam of amount..
