After entering in payment for PAN aadhar link ,under challan 280,head 500,only penalty payment under 11c is editable can we enter the fees 500 for linking PAN and Aadhar and proceed.Pls clarify

Penalty payment has to be in other options.
Under payment option no other column,after entering net banking payments under that we have tax ,cess etc,,nothing editable only penalty payment u 11c is editable even if 500 entered next page displayed as invalid amount.
