Payment made for the purchase of the sim card , will it can be charged to office equipment head or any other head , if sim card was purchased for official purposes.

IT IS TO BE TREATED AS REVENUE AND CHARGED TO PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT AS TELEPHONE AND MOBILE EXPENSES.

You can account it in Telephone / Mobile expenses or mobile / Telephone accessories account which comes under indirect expenses.
