 how many months are left to complete ur articleship??? if its 12 mnths then u can take secondment n its easy way out .. n if its 24 mnths then u can take secondment and do industrial traning.. else i m nt sure but have heard that if u show 3 mnths medical leave than u can take trsf. check out same clause n show ur 4 mnths leave as medical leave. well there's always a way if u try .. n dnt think such patehetic things lyk suicide. lyf is a gift n moreover u r atleast lucky enf nt to b handicap or smeone for whom daily bread is lyk blessing.  Have trust in urself..

my trainining remains for 31 months...

and recommendation of principal is also required for giving any application to icai.. and he will never do it.. because he is doing everythin intentinally....and moreover..institute is not allowing any transfer on meical ground......

first of al u shld clean up ur mind wid all dese sh*t of suicide an all, it means by not doin ca u spoil ur parents dream but by saying all dose sh*t words( suicide)  u think u can justify ur parents dream..

now i undrstand ur problem is not dat small but it can be resolved, just talk to ur ca through somebody else who is more mature becoz widout his mutual consent u cannto do anything.

and if ur principal had submitted form 109 to icai den icai will revert to you, or u shld go there and talk to some senior abt ur problem.

And alwayzz believe in god.

Shammi bhai agar ICAI phir bhi kuch nahi karti then go for a writ petition in HC....

just talk to ur ca through somebody else who is more mature becoz without his mutual consent u cannto do anything.

i think you should try one of the following methods:

1 Take some elderly relative or your parents to the CA and request him .

2 Talk to some good CA of any contact from yourside and may be he will convince that CA

3 Take the help of some local politician of your area or his area.

4 Kick his a** very badly.

i think you should discuss ur prob again with the institute dat ur ca is nt allowng u 2 cum..

dis ws d same prob wid me 2.. my ca ws nt giving me termination certificate nd also nt allowing me 2 carry d training..

u can reqest ur ca 1nce more dat ur future vll b spoiled wid hs decision...

spare no details and tell them how this genuinely affects ur career. send a mail to all especially CA. Uttam Prakash Agarwal,CA. Jaydeep Narendra Shah,CA. Sunil H Talati,CA. Ved Jain. Why i suggest this is because they might be able to look into ICAI's decision to reject ur approval.

Other than that, u can take secondment. try and find a firm and explain ur problem to them. if they are ready u can work with them. but i would strongly suggest reaching out to the top authorities in icai council if u want justice done. 

remember u gotta fight for what u want. 

Dear Shammi, if i could on ur side then i use illegal way to force CA to do as required by ICAI.

I feel its the time to challange the regulation made by ICAI for not allowing transfer that too the unidirectional regulation. The regulation only favours the principle. We all should decide to go to the High Court to challange. I believe, we will come out successfully and icai has to change the regulation and thereafter no student will think of making suicide. Lets come together.

aree yar ask all about that 4m icai /article staffs.....n say all d problems......even they will have 2 take decide ,what to do a student in that situation....it may possible that your ca have to take you again as an article otherwise icai will have 2 give termination...dnt worry....
