Urgent-Please advise

It is a known fact that an exemption earned shall be carried forward only for next three attempts. A second exemption will not be valid till the first one remains

Query1

if  Nov 2010 attempt is the last attempt i.e. third attempt of exemption in a subject for a CA Final student after which the exemption gets exhausted.

So if an exemption is earned In Nov 2010 whether it shall be valid for the next three terms as the first exemption will be exhausted.

Query2

As this is the last attempt for old syllabus students whether carrying forward of exemption would be affected by change from old syllabus to new syllabus?

ANS OF 1

EXEMPTION EARN IN NOV 2010 WILL NOT MARK/COUNT,IF U HV  ALREADY  EXEMPTION IN THT SUBJECTS

reg. ans to query 1

don't u think that since this is the third (last)attempt so this exemption will cease this term...so in such a case a new exemption earned in November 2010 term can be availed of in the next three attempts...

no, becuase conversion can not affet ur result

Lokesh: I am thankful to  u reg. ur ans to second query...but i am still in doubt reg. Query 1(pls read Query 1)

Simulataneously two exemptions cannot be availed in a single group...but since in Nov.2010 the earlier exemption gets exhausted...so if a new exemption is earned in the same term can that be availed in the next three terms..?

Can any one tell applicable exemption c/f in case of IPCC..
