I think, for that you have to pay to MCA and you must have MCA User Account....

Login and then go to following link, fill requisite informations.. it might help you... :)

Company's latest annual return will reflect the share holding as on the date of Annual return. MCA do not provide for any facility of veiwing the number of shares held by directors.

You can check the same from your own minutes and form 2s

If your Company is a listed Company then you can see the sharholding pattern from the site of BSE and NSE.

If not listed then through online inspection of Annual Return from mca by paying nominal fees.
