Kindly confirm the due date for filing tds return for the last quarter ending on 31.03.11
and also last date for depositing tds deducted from various heads for the month of march ' 2011
also send us Latest CBDT circular regarding this....
Last date of submiting of TDS return of last quarter is 15th May
and
Last date of depositing the tax of month of March is 30th April
both of the above dates are amended recently,
yes i know but i want circular related to it.......

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) have amended the Rules relating to TDS provisions date and mode of payment of tax deducted at source (TDS), TDS certificate and filing of ‘statement of TDS’ (TDS return) vide Notification No. 41/2010; SO No. 1261(E) dated 31.05.2010 Due date for furnishing TDS return for the last quarter of the financial year has been modified to 15th May (from earlier 15th June). & last date for depositing tds deducted from various heads for the month of march ' 2011 is 30th April 2011. Plz confirm d same by CCI Experts. |

I think it was published in the january issue of CA journal. If you want to confirm it download it form ICAi website and secondly all the above pepole are right.
