No such proof is required if you are registering a new company with a any address, however if subsequently if you change the registered address then you have to attach the resolution for such change as a proof with Form 18.
As per new form 18 issued by mca, address proof is required. It can be electricity bill, telephone bill, bank statement, rent agreement etc.
If office is rented, then NOC of property owner is mandatory.
If office is owned by director, then NOC of director is required.
