Urgent: llp with fdi

If a foreign Investment is to be made under an LLP foundation in India, what formalaties needs to be done and what forms are needed to be filled in for the same?? I've researched bits of it online but needed some pro advice and would really appreciate some help.

Investment will be made through a foreign company (NOT Individual) into LLP (in India) with an Indian company as a partner.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.
