Does a land which has a factory building constructed on a major portion of it get disqualified from claiming exemption from the definintion of an asset eligible for wealth tax u/s 2(ea) on account of vacancy still existing?

No, its still eligible for the exemption.., i.e it wont be considered as asset for consideration of wealth of an assessee.. Anywz, let some real expert confirm this..
