He works in singappore for 3 months and earns salary on which TDS is deducted in singapore.
whether such salary will be taxable in India ?
(if yes, whether credit of TDS will be available)

Since X is a 'Tax Resident' of India, his global income is taxable (incl his 3 mts S'pore income).
He will get 'credit' for the corresponding taxes paid in S'pore based on section 90 of the IT Act, 1961 r.w. India - S'pore DTAA.
