Urgent: income tax portal has become inaccessible

Seems IT has released the web page without testing properly.

As soon as I enter the captcha and click on login, portal says your Address has not been updated. The when I go to the screen, the CITY and STATE field in the bottom shows some garbage values (HTML syntaxes) and then when I click on UPDATE it just logs out.

Even clicking on SKIP button too does not work. 

Also, this time the login page is not asking for Date of Birth.
