Urgent help!! - we are trying to upload spice form and dsc of applicant says not registered on mca..

Dear Professional Colleagues,

Need your valuable assistance in resolving this issue:

We are trying to file SPICe form for incorporation of an OPC. 
I have Associated DSC of applicant successfully on MCA, but when I select PRESCRUTINY in SPICe form, it says "DSC not registered for ----PAN----- on MCA Portal".

But I have tried many times to associate DSC as Authorised Representative on MCA site and says This DSC is already to your PAN.

I have raised a ticket with MCA, but no response from them since a week.

Please help name validity lapses in 3 days!!

I have tried filling up SPICe form newly also, but no avail.
