Urgent help required...for form 108 pls pls reply

i want to ask u a q on form 108-articleship training completion certificate.

In form 108 on page 4 its asking to mention about detials of work undertaken and training recived but it should be mentioned in number of weeks undertaken.

My question is whether to write all the weeks of year  i.e 52 weeks (gross)

or

weeks only after deducting leaves taken for exams i.e net weeks whic is actual weeks worked.

Eg if in ma 3rd year if i hve taken 4 months ie (4*7)28 weeks for preparation of ca final exam then wther in 3 year i should show 52 - 28 weeks worked whic is actual or i should take full 52 weeks in 3rd year pls reply its very urgent.

Question 2 


Wat about all d sundays and otherpaid holidays in all the 3 years wther they should be included or ecxluded while calculating d weeks i hve worked.

Consider only leave in week/s, not sunday or holidays.

so i should take 52 weeks - leaves taken in weeks = net weeks worked.

In Form 108, regading no. of weeks to be filled regarding work undertaken u should write the no. of weeks after deducting the weeks taken as leave.

While calculating the no. of weeks u have worked - all sundays & other paid holidays will be included.

So if i hve taken 4 months leave for ca final exam then 4 months  x 4 weeks a month =16weeks

den i should write 52-16 = 36 weeks actually worked???????

and wat abt all sundays and other holidays ie paid leaves in that 36 weeks\??????

As u have taken the leave in continuity, therefore the sundays & other paid holidays that camed in those 4 months  will be counted as leave

But wat about sundays n aotehr leaves in  first 2 years of artcisleship wther der also i hve to nclude and take gross 52 weeks or should i deduct sundays n other paid holidays???????

Suppose Priya , U have not gone to ur office on saturday , sunday & even monday in continuity, then that sunday will be counted as leave

But if in the first 2yrs , this is not the scenario then those sundays will not be counted as leave

Do not bother about Sundays, paid leaves etc. The equation is simple-For 3 years period you are entitled to a maximum leave of 156 days i.e. 22 weeks(156/7). Show the remaining period of minimum 939 days i.e. 134 weeks in Form 108. But remember when you are showing more than 134 working weeks in 3 years, the leave along with the working days should be equal to 1095(365*3).
