Gross Salary Or Payable Salary (NET)

Thanks for Reply  But I am not much clear pls help me further with figure.

suppose

Appointed Salary Is 43000

Basic + D.a.(Gross) 28667

Gross Salary 43000

Payable Basic + D.a. 25000 (After Leave )

Then which amount I have to consider fro PF & ESIC.

I think in above figure 28667 for Pf 

43000 For ESIC
