There are two different businesses which are run by son and his mother under their GSTN.
There is transfer of business by mother to son due to her health issue and son want to use his mother trade name,
so application of core field amendment filed by transfree on 21st June 2019 and notice is received that firstly you have to cancel transferor GSTN.. So I make request for cancellation of gst on 28 June 2019, but as effective date of transfer is 21 June 2019, request for retrospective cancellation of gstn is made I.e. from 21june GSTN OF transferor get cancelled.
but transferor make gst invoices for period from 21 june to 30 June, what is the treatment of it I.e. now after getting approval whether we need to issue revise invoices of transferee gstn as gst invoices are already been issued from 21 to30 june and purchase has also been made in that period, please reply

Yes you have to issue new invoice under transfree name...and also invoices is of 21 june to 28 june so it must be not gone into gstr 1 as number is under cancellation request. So request the purchaser for change of bill..they will accept as nor transferor has file return neither purchaser has taken input on those bill.
firstly whether I need to issue invoice from retrospective date or from the date when approval is received by transfree of transfer of business and what about the purchase made by transferor between 21 to 28 july
