urgent: help me please

 i am pe-2 student(joined on graduation basis)  and appeared for may 2010 exams.but i am doubtful of the positive results.. sir if i fail any papers in pe-2 what will be my position am i allowed to write directly IPCC exams in novemeber 2010 exams in the papers failed . as there are hurdles to directly appear in IPCC exams in the form of  compulsory completion of 100 hrs training and orientation program of 35 hrs . sir is it possible/feasible for the institute to amend the rules or make relaxations  in the case of pe-2 students for the completion of the above programs or provide exemptions for the pe-2 students  for such programs.
