Whether an employee can book railway ticket from his personal credit card without a proper resolution in place or without the anything mentioned in his appointment letter about such incurring of expenses and later claiming it.
Note :the ticket booked are for other employees and not for himself
Since the card thru which the company books the tickets for travelling is not functioning , can any employee use his personal credit card and book tickets for others and later claim it ??
Suggestions required from expert on resolution requirement or any such clause required in the appointment letter?
