i am registering as composition dealer under manufacturing
now I got a notice that
" since it is a manufacturing unit please submit ROC"
what it means?

Roc means registrar of companies
But I am registering as sole proprietorship
I think you received the notice wrongly , I will suggest you should visit in gst jurisdiction
Visit your nearest GST jurisdiction officer
It is not applicable for you, please contact with your jurisdiction office.
