URGENT! Form 108 - articles completion uploaded wrong form

no need to worry nothing will happen.
after submission you can't do anything now, it is now under approval for RO so after inspection by icai they will notice you by mail that u have uploaded wrong details. they give time to edit it.

then edit it nothing to worry.

what if, if they approve the same?

I have facing same problem with yours don't worry about wrong uploading file contact your branch chairman and write a letter for wrong uploading file on Ssp portal on behalf your principal and signed with his stamp in letter RO will edit your form

no use of contacting chairman. u may try it for ur satisfaction.
wait for response from RO. they provide you edit your form online.

I have uploaded 108 wrongly regarding no. Of weeks how do I correct it.. Please leave a reply very urgent

Sir, i hve a query about the form 108. i complted my articleship in feb. month . when i enter the details i m confused with the calculation of leaves .. i submit my form and genrated the print pdf .. now i realised there is some mistakes showing in form ... i m not uploading any document ... what should i do ... pls give me suggestion as possible as . 

Sir, my articleship completed on Feb 9, 2020. I had already submitted form 108 on Feb 17. There appeared a running message saying "kindly wait 7 days for icai approval". Normally it'll get approved within a day but I have been waiting for 7 days and still it's pending for approval. What shall I do now?       I have to file form 107 also which is not available for me in the ssp portal. Please help me.. IT'S VERY URGENT.

No need to worry... First Raise a ticket in the Portal and contact Regional Office if you're frm Chennai, Go to Nungambakkam Office and inquire there... They may ask you to submit a letter from your principal in case there's a mistake pertaining to Leaves. Get the letter signed by Ur principal and submit in Regional Office. Later , You need to submit incorrect form so that RO wll be able to reject it which clears way to make correction in the form.

I had mistakenly mention the total working weeks served in form109 at the time of transfer.Now I have to submit form 108. Can i mention correct details? If I send already submitted data in form 109 ,total working weeks served and leaves not matched.plz kindly tell me any one urgent plz.

Hi, I understood the problem your facing. Even I committed exactly the same mistake.
We should not mention the No. of leaves taken and Weeks worked of Previous Firm in Form 108. We are completing the service under the firm which we are currently working. So, We should submit data of leaves taken & weeks worked in Current office only.

If you had mistakenly included previous firm data in the form 108. it should be corrected by submitting a Letter from our principal stating the mistake done while filling up Form 108 to Regional office (RO).

Then RO will reject your form 108 and u can fill fresh application.

Hi sai, If I mentioned only third year data, first two years data not matching with leaves taken know. First two years i mentioned less working weeks served. Leaves mentioned correct but working weeks wrongly mention. In your case is they accepted the form? Plz tell.
