Urgent-Costing & OR-RTP-CA Final- Query-Syllabus

In RTP for May 2010 (CA final-Old Course) for Costing , the last two questions are based on " Testing of Hypothesis"  and Time Series and Analysis-Index" which  I believe was part of Statisitics subject at PE-1 level and is not included in study material for costing subject at CA final level. Whether this topics are to be studied considering the fact that no questions in part have been asked on this topics in costing paper???
