Friends please suggest if CAR,2003 is applicable for May 2015 exams.I have CA Pankaj Garg book which has given this chapter but I've heard its not applicable

Its not applicable from may15 exam due to the effect new companies act. I have padhuka G.Shekar. In this book that chapter not given and also mentioned Caro not applicable from may15.
