AOC-4 form is being filed with wrong date of AGM –i.e 29.09.2015 , correct date is 30.09.2015. Now we are not able to upload MGT -7 .
Please suggest how to rectify the error .pls suggest urgently as due dates are near by.
i think revised AOC-4 ---SYSTEM IS NOT ACCEPTING.
Re-file AOC-4 with correct date.
