I have some problem can u solve it?
if any CA having C.O.P want to do practice and simultaneously work in other office for 8 hours in which he/she had got his/her articleship training as professional , what is the procedure to be followed? Whether any intimation to ICAI is required?? It's very urgent so friends pls help me .

In case, you are working in office and is on the PAYROLL of that firm, even then you can hold COP but it will be PART TIME COP and you are not allowed to do certification or attestation.
Howoever, in case you render professional services to the firm and get paid in the form of professional charges, then you can hold Full Time COP.
