Urgent: A fraudster using my name and trying to malign me

First of all; he kept his name j.jose. Then now he has changed that to my name "jose.p". And he even has used the same screen avatar ie that of mozenrath of Aladin.Previously, he had no screen avatar.
 
  I am giving you his first post which i saw in CAclubindia forum; where his name was j.jose; and now he has changed to jose.p. The first thread he started was,"CA final exams preponed"  (/forum/postponement-of-ca-final-exams--79102.asp).
   HE IS TRYING TO MALIGN MY NAME.
He has copied everything same to same. I am not that person. You can even compare his and mine profile. Saale ne ditto copy kiya hain. Profile photo bhi copy kiya hain.My intro. bhi copy kiya hain. But check his qualifiaction,"he has written accounting"; and mine is sth different.

I want help from you to get rid of this mess. He will start righting all sorts of non-sense; and you and my friends will start PM ing me.
       Even his date is different: his is in 2010; and mine is in 2008.
