Urgent 89(1) relief
Return A.Y. 2014-15 processed.... relief amounted Rs. 57870/-, refund of the same amount are there... but 10E is not submitted....how can I get refund now? please guide me...

Return is processed so get an order and file rectified return.

1st fill form 10E online and then apply for rectification or earlier processed return of income.
Since you had filed your return of income,but failed to file form 10E,you first file 10E online and apply for the request for rectifiation on the basis of comn received from department.
You must have to fill 10E online from the site of IT department.Or you can file a revised return along with 10E
