 DIN-3 is to be compulsorily attested by Practising Company Secretary. CAs/Cost Accountants cannot attest DIN-3

Dear Vaishali,

Only A Company Secretary (in practice or emplyment of the company for which the Form is being filed) can sign the Form DIN 3.

No other professional except CS can sign this form, though all other e-forms can be signed by a Practising CA or ICWA also.

As per the MCA new guidlines the Din 3 is strictly signed only the Company Secre.....(C S). due to certification of the Director this procedure is came into exstance

Form DIN-3 can only be signed by the Company Secretary whether in employment or in Practice.
