I think Chartered Accountant Act is clear in that context when it says that in case client has made any fraud in taxation matter.. his CA should not go to the authority.. rather he should ask the client.... so it is clear I think...
Obviously Nation is ABOVE ALL. But but in practical situations we have to see and face many things which cannot run with just philosophies so we have to make a balance between the things. Hope you understand.
