Uploading tax audit forms

Whether any one uploaded the Form 3 CB & CD sucessfully. There are so many problems coming under way.

Problems noticed in Depreciation clause. If 60% plant & machinery block is selected in the utility it is generating a 5% in XML file.

Even after escalating it to the IT department, so far no reply is received.

can any one tell me what to do.
