is it possible to upload corrected 24Q Annexure I and Annexure II for the AY 2016-17/FY 2015-16 now by my Employer for particular Employee or group of Employees?

plz settle with employer. You won't be able to file revised return now.
Yes. The employer can corrected TDS now.
