I believe uploading photograph should be left to person's discretion.

This was a good suggestion. Anyways depends from person to person if they feel comfortable uploading their pic.Anyways i have uploaded mine.

PROCEDURE TO UPLOAD PHOTO
 
1.      Go to your profile
2.      click on the link “controlcentre” on the left side.
3.      In control centre click on the icon “change avatars”..
4.      After that browse your snap.
