I think this ITR-V ficiliy avaible on line also
This means I can't upload X M L file from ITR 2 again to income tax website and will have to file Revised ITR now?

You upload your X M L file. Then you submit or not...?
If you submitted then ITR V is generated. You send ITR V to CPC...

You are wrongly file your return then you can file your revised return.....
This means I can't upload XML file again now?
Please file revised return, system will not accept 2 normal returns
If You file revised return then you can't use the XML.
Bcoz,
Logically we file revised return also we can enter original return's acknowledge number. We can't enter the number in XML file.
If you use Excel file then you enter the acknowledge number easily......

After filing revised return then you send ITR-V to CPC....
If you verify your return as EVC then you don't send ITR V to CPC.....
You have to e-verify first return. Then you have submitted your return in time (before date)
After successfully e-verifying you can file revised return as many times as possible but first return should be verified.
