Upload XML Again

u have to file before next assessment year ends no matter sending ITV-V

I think this ITR-V ficiliy avaible on line also 

This means I can't upload X M L file from ITR 2 again to income tax website and will have to file Revised ITR now?

Please file revised return, system will not accept 2 normal returns

Do I need to send ITR-V to Income Tax department now or just file revised return and no need to send ITR-V to them?

You have to e-verify first return.  Then you have submitted your return in time (before date)

After successfully e-verifying you can file revised return as many times as possible but first return should be verified.
