Upload of tax audit report

by using CA ID , we upload tax audit report on income tax site....what is the difference between UDIN and CA ID ???

UDIN is a code generated from UDIN Portal of ICAI by feeding some details of audit report.
Means the procedure is....

1. first of all, get registered at UDIN icai by entering membership no. and password

2. then log in at income tax website by using Id pw of client and select the my CA option and add CA

3. after that, log in to UDIN site and upload tax audit reports or certificates which will be reflected at worklist of client

4. client will accept or reject....if accept then it will be uploaded and if reject then we have to revise it

5. these all procedures will be followed within time limit otherwise submission will be invalid....

is this correct???? if not then please clarify the whole procedure
