A pvt. ltd registered with ROC on 12/11/2010 was regsitered on incometax efilling website as new user. After successful registration, the digital signature of director was to be updated for efilling the ITR of this pvt. ltd, but after selcting the digital signature when clicking on "register"- it tell that
"The PAN mentioned by you does not match any Director PAN in the Incometax returns filed earlier for this Company. Please register using a new DSC with PAN issued after 01/08/2010. "
What does it mean??/ Never before the ITR of this new pvt. ltd was filed. The director is also running a propritorship business where the same digital signature is accepted by the income tax efilling site, as a director it is giving the aforesaid comment!!!
What is to be done to resolve this?????
