Hi, You have to explain the assessing officer, Why the return have been filled late. If assessing officer is satisfied with your explanation then he can quash the notice, otherwaise you have to submit the demand. As the demand is system generated no other solution is there.
Should i take help of advocate or i can do it itself
You can do it yourself also, but you have to go to the department.
