Please tell me that what is the treatment of the excess challan paid in comparison to net tax payable?
Whether it will be carried forwarded as ITC or it will be refunded or any other treatment?

excess amount paid by u can be adjusted against tax liab. arises in next month...
if their is no tax laibility in the next month,then shall it be carried over to next financial year or not?
