Up vat judgement

there was no sale during April2018 to June 2018.
I had submitted affidavit for the same to the concerned officials.
and received a copy of a judgement, which has been lost or misplaced.
now I have got a phone call from the Amin for recovery notice issued for tha above period.
now what to do.
can I download that copy of judgement from UPVAT,s website. how?
please guide me.
